- pint haagen-dasz mango sorbet
- bottle 1 small bottle disaronno amaretto liqueur

Step 11. Dish up the sorbet in appropriate desert glasses. 2. One pint ==> 4 servings approximately. 3. Pour some amaretto in each glass. Perhaps 2 to 4 T. 4. Top with something crisp; an appropriate cookie or chocolate. 5. Sit back and explain how you worked all afternoon on the desert. Enjoy!
