How to Make Zabaglione
- In a large heatproof bowl,beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Blend in wine.
- Place bowl over a pot of hot,but not boiling water.
Be sure bottom of the bowl does not touch water..
Cook mixture,beating constantly,until mixture leaves sides of pan.
Remove from heat.
Divide berries among 8 sherbet glasses.
Pour custard over berries and Serve warm.
