- 8 - egg yolks
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup marsala wine
- 1 pint raspberries
How To Make zabaglione

Step 1In a large heatproof bowl,beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in wine.

Step 2Place bowl over a pot of hot,but not boiling water. Be sure bottom of the bowl does not touch water.. Cook mixture,beating constantly,until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Divide berries among 8 sherbet glasses. Pour custard over berries and Serve warm.
