A friend gave me this dessert in the grocery store. I fixed this for my mother-in-law who had come home from the hospital and it was a big hit.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    vanilla non-fat yogurt
  • 1 box
    instant sugar free vanilla pudding
  • 1-20oz can(s)
    pineapple, crushed with juice
  • 1 can(s)
    mandarin oranges
  • 1 1/2 c
    grapes, seedless
  • 1 pkg
    whipped topping, thawed, lite

How to Make Yogurt Fruit Fluff

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix well yogurt and box of pudding. Drain and rinse fruit. Add all fruit with the yogurt mix. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate and serve.
