wild blueberry-cassis sauce
Both blueberries and black currents grow here in Wisconsin as well as other northern areas. This recipe, from the True Blueberry Cookbook, combine both types of berries. Of course, the cream de cassis must be made ahead of time!

- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup creme de cassis
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
How To Make wild blueberry-cassis sauce

Step 1Combine all the ingredients in a blender or container for your immersion blender. Puree for 10 to 15 seconds, until smooth.
