Ingredients

  • 12 strawberries, whole
  • 1 cup vanilla almond bark
  • 24 semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

How To Make white chocolate strawberry ghosts

  • Step 1
    Wash strawberries, and dry on a paper towel.
  • Step 2
    Melt almond bark in the microwave, stirring every 45 seconds to make sure it does not burn.
  • Step 3
    Dip strawberries in melted bark, and place on parchment lined tray.
  • Step 4
    Decorate each "ghost" with two chocolate chip eyes before the bark sets.
  • Step 5
    Refrigerate for two hours until fully set.
