watergate salad
My family requests this every Christmas (maybe they like that it's green!), but I love to make this all throughout the year! It's so light and refreshing! I always double this recipe and make a big batch because it doesn't last long.

Ingredients
- 1 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple
- 1 3.4 oz. packages pistachio instant pudding mix
- 8 oz. - cool whip topping
- 1 cup jet-puffed miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make watergate salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together, except the Cool Whip, until well blended.

Step 2Gently fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to chill well before serving. Enjoy!
