My family requests this every Christmas (maybe they like that it's green!), but I love to make this all throughout the year! It's so light and refreshing! I always double this recipe and make a big batch because it doesn't last long.

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 3.4 oz. packages pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 8 oz. - cool whip topping
  • 1 cup jet-puffed miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

How To Make watergate salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together, except the Cool Whip, until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Gently fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to chill well before serving. Enjoy!
