Ingredients
-
8semi-sweet baking chocolate (1 oz each)

2 pkg3 oz each cream cheese soften
-
1 1/2 cconfectioners' sugar
-
2 1/2 cwhipping cream, whipped
-
1 1/2 cfresh strawberries
-
1 Tbspshortening
-
1/4 cbutter, softened
-
1/3 cbaking coco
-
2 Tbspmilk
-
1 Tbspvanilla extract
How to Make VALENTINE BERRIES & CREAM
- Line a 9 inch heart shaped pan with foil. Over low heat melt chocolate & shorting stir until smooth.
- Swirl to coat pan, refrigerate 1 min swirl again refrigerate for 30 mins remove foil beat cream cheese & butter until smooth.
- Combine sugar & coco to cream with milk & vanilla beat until smooth. Gently fold 2/3 of whipped cream into cream spoon into heart pipe remaining whipped cream around edge of heart
GARNISH WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES
