I saw this Recipe on Recipe Lion and Decided to try it for Fourth of July. So Far my Family loves it. I made a Tester for Dessert after Dinner. It is really Refreshing and Good.

Ingredients

1 package raspberry jello
1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple
1 can 21 oz blueberry pie filling
1 cup sour cream
1 package 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

How To Make uncle sam's creamy jello salad

Step 1

Dissolve jello in one and half cups boiling water. Add Pineapple and Blueberry Filling. Mix and allow to congeal.

Step 2

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and sugar in mixing bowl beat until fluffy, using a electric mixing.
Step 3

spread over top of Jello Salad and sprinkle with chopped Pecans.
