Ingredients

  • 1
    pouch sugar cookie mix, like betty crockers
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 c
    lite cool whip, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    cream cheese frosting
  • 3-1/2 c
    assorted fruit, like strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and cut grapes.

How to Make Tooty-fruity pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Spray a pizza pan or lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, stir together the cookie mix, butter and egg until a soft dough forms. Press dough into pan. Bake until light golden brown, 10-15 mins. Let cool completely.
  2. In another bowl, beat cool whip and frosting. Spread frosting over cookie pizza dough. Arrange fruit on top of frosting. Cut into slices and serve.
