too easy peach cobbler
The name says it all. Quick, easy and the first peach cobbler my Southern raised husband has entirely endorsed after 32 years of marriage. This is great served warm from the oven with ice cream.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup southeran biscuit formula l biscuit mix
- 1/3 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 30 ounces canned peaches, drained
How To Make too easy peach cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2Mix biscuit mix, sugar and milk; pour into bottom of greased 9X9" baking dish.

Step 3Gently spoon the peaches over the batter. (can also substitute fried apples for the peaches) Do not stir into the batter.

Step 4Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
