How To Make the best noodle pudding with apples, oranges, and raisins
-
Step 1In 9 x 13 inch pan, melt butter. add cooked and drained noodles and toss in butter until they are completely coated. Mix the apples, orange juice and raisins and toss with cooked noodles until evenly mixed. Beat together the eggs, sour cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until mixture is nicely blended. Pour egg mixture evenly over noodles and spread noodles evenly in pan. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve warm. Note: Entire casserole can be assembled and baked 1 day earlier and store in refrigerator. Warm in a 325 oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Serves 10 This is my favorite noodle pudding. No matter how many times I prepare it, I always receive such animated raves and excited requests for the recipe. I hope you enjoy it, too.
