You can serve this with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if not using it as breakfast. It's delish. Sorry I didn't take any photos of this! Maybe I'll add some later. :) Enjoy!!

    bisquick original
  • 1 c
  • 2
  • 1 can(s)
    15oz apple pie filling
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
  • 3/4 c
    white sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1
    egg, beaten

How to Make Tasty Apple Breakfast...or dessert!


  1. First, mix together the first 3 ingredients to make pancake batter. Mix in the cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla extract to the batter. Pour half of the mixture in a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Then pour the apples over, then pour most of the remaining mixture over the top. I had a bit of the mixture left. If you don't want to waste, just make a couple of tasty pancakes to snack on. :)
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and the beaten egg. This mixture should get very crumbly. Spread these crumbs over the top of the dessert.
  3. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
