How to Make Tamaskan Cobbler, Joann's

  1. Melt butter in baking pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and milk. Pour batter in pan on top of butter. Cover with fruit. Do not stir. Batter will rise over the top as it cooks. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
  2. Notes: originally mentioning peach cobbler I make, this recipe was immediately shared. The suggestions are peaches, blackberries, cherries, or Joanne prefers raspberries.
