Ingredients
- - 1 pumpkin, 3 to 5 lbs.
- - 8 slices bread, lightly toasted and cubed
- - 1 cup raisins
- - 1 cup packed brown sugar
- - 1 cup melted margarine
- - 1 cup evaporated milk
- - 1 can crushed pineapple
- - 1 cup chopped apple
- - 1 cup chopped walnuts
- - 1 tsp. cinnamon
- - 1 tsp. cloves
How To Make stuffed pumpkin

Step 1Cut top from pumpkin and discard seed. Mix bread cubes, raisins, brown sugar, margarine, evaporated milk, undrained pineapple, apple, walnuts, cinnamon and cloves in a bowl. Mix well. Spoon into pumpkin. Replace top. Put on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours. Serve whole pumpkin on serving platter. Allow guests to scoop out servings of stuffing and pumpkin. Serves
