Ingredients For stuffed medjool dates

  • 4 oz. cream cheese or mascarpone, softened
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • grated orange peel
  • 16 medjool dates
  • ground cinnamon or nutmeg

How To Make stuffed medjool dates

  • 1
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, orange juice, and grated orange peel to taste. Blend well til smooth.

    Cut and remove pits from dates.
  • 3
    Spoon or pipe filling into dates. Sprinkle with a very light dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg. Makes 4 to 8 servings.
