Ingredients
- 4 large egg whites
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups soda crackers, crumbled
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
- TOPPING
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 quart strawberries, frozen
- 1 box strawberry jello
How To Make strawberry supreme

Step 1CRUST; Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tarter and vanilla. Beat until frothy; fold in soda cracker crumbs and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely. I use a 13x9 pan.

Step 2FILLING; Mix cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla till smooth. Gradually add whipped cream; spread on crust.

Step 3TOPPING; Heat water, dissolve sugar, then add cornstarch. Cook until mixture thickens; remove from heat and add jello to mixture. Allow to cool to luke warm and add 1 quart sliced strawberries. Top your dessert with this mixture. This dessert is best if refrigerated at least 24 hours before serving.
