This is my hubby's favorite dessert! It works great with fresh, frozen or a combination of fruit!

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- FILLING
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups water
How To Make strawberry rhubarb crisp

Step 1Combine crust ingredients, press half of mixture into a 9x13'' greased pan.

Step 2Top crust with berries and rhubarb.

Step 3Stir together water, sugar and corn starch, heat until thickened, pour over fruit.

Step 4Sprinkle other half of crumbs on top.

Step 5Bake @ 350 for 45 mins.
