This is my hubby's favorite dessert! It works great with fresh, frozen or a combination of fruit!

Ingredients

CRUST

2 c
flour
1 1/2 c
oats
1 1/4 c
brown sugar
1 c
butter, softened

FILLING

2 c
chopped rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
2 c
sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 1/3 c
sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp
corn starch
1 1/2 c
water

How to Make Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine crust ingredients, press half of mixture into a 9x13'' greased pan.
  • 2Top crust with berries and rhubarb.
  • 3Stir together water, sugar and corn starch, heat until thickened, pour over fruit.
  • 4Sprinkle other half of crumbs on top.
  • 5Bake @ 350 for 45 mins.
