I adopted this recipe from JAP. It is tasty with the fresh fruit and yummy toasted pine nuts.

Ingredients

2 - kiwi, sliced
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 teaspoon pine nuts, toasted
2 tablespoons coconut, toasted
3 dashes balsamic glaze, white

How To Make strawberry kiwi delight

Step 1

Peel kiwi and slice into thin rounds.

Step 2

Arrange on dessert plates.
Step 3

Wash, hull and slice the strawberries and arrange them over the kiwi. Toss the coconut & pine nuts over the top.
