1Mix Jell-O and boiling water in a 4 cup measuring cup, stir until Jell-O dissolves completely. Add enough of the ice cubes, stirring until ice melts,so mixture equals 2 cups.
Place Jell-O mixture, sour cream and strawberries in blender. Process until smooth 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into 6 stemmed dessert glasses, equally. Cover, and chill for 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with a fanned berry.
