Ingredients

  • FILLING

  • 2 c
    strawberries, quatered
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    corn starch
  • TOPPING

  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • *ALSO GOOD WITH CHERRIES.

How to Make Strawberry Crumble

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Filling: Combine strawberries, sugar and cornstarch.
  3. Divide between two ramekins.
  4. Topping: Combine ingredients and blend until coarse crumbs form.
  5. Spoon topping over filling.
  6. Place on cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes until bubbling.
  7. Let cool for at least 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  8. Enjoy!
