- FILLING
- 2 cups strawberries, quatered
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- TOPPING
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- *ALSO GOOD WITH CHERRIES.
How To Make strawberry crumble

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Filling: Combine strawberries, sugar and cornstarch.

Step 3Divide between two ramekins.

Step 4Topping: Combine ingredients and blend until coarse crumbs form.

Step 5Spoon topping over filling.

Step 6Place on cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes until bubbling.

Step 7Let cool for at least 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
