Ingredients

FILLING

2 c
strawberries, quatered
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 tsp
corn starch

TOPPING

3 Tbsp
flour
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
butter, cold

*ALSO GOOD WITH CHERRIES.

How to Make Strawberry Crumble

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Filling: Combine strawberries, sugar and cornstarch.
  • 3Divide between two ramekins.
  • 4Topping: Combine ingredients and blend until coarse crumbs form.
  • 5Spoon topping over filling.
  • 6Place on cokie sheet and bake 30 minutes until bubbling.
  • 7Let cool for at least 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
