Ingredients
- 1 package strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
- 3 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 3 tablespoons water, ice cold

Step 1Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add cold water and lemon juice. Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.

Step 2Drain berries, reserving juice.

Step 3Beat dry milk with ice cold water until it has the consistancy of whipped cream.

Step 4Beat gelatin until frothy. Fold in whipped milk into gelatin; add berries carefully.

Step 5Spoon into sherbet glasses. Spoon 1 tbsp. berry juice over top of each serving. Chill, if desired.
