1 c
hot water
3/4 c
cold water
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
3/4 c
frozen strawberries, thawed
3 Tbsp
dry milk powder
3 Tbsp
water, ice cold

How to Make Strawberry Bavarian


  • 1Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add cold water and lemon juice. Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
  • 2Drain berries, reserving juice.
  • 3Beat dry milk with ice cold water until it has the consistancy of whipped cream.
  • 4Beat gelatin until frothy. Fold in whipped milk into gelatin; add berries carefully.
  • 5Spoon into sherbet glasses. Spoon 1 tbsp. berry juice over top of each serving. Chill, if desired.
