strawberry gelatin
1 c
hot water
3/4 c
cold water
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
3/4 c
frozen strawberries, thawed
3 Tbsp
dry milk powder
3 Tbsp
water, ice cold


1Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add cold water and lemon juice. Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
2Drain berries, reserving juice.
3Beat dry milk with ice cold water until it has the consistancy of whipped cream.
4Beat gelatin until frothy. Fold in whipped milk into gelatin; add berries carefully.
5Spoon into sherbet glasses. Spoon 1 tbsp. berry juice over top of each serving. Chill, if desired.
