Ingredients

  • 1 package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 3 tablespoons water, ice cold

How To Make strawberry bavarian

  • Step 1
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add cold water and lemon juice. Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
  • Step 2
    Drain berries, reserving juice.
  • Step 3
    Beat dry milk with ice cold water until it has the consistancy of whipped cream.
  • Step 4
    Beat gelatin until frothy. Fold in whipped milk into gelatin; add berries carefully.
  • Step 5
    Spoon into sherbet glasses. Spoon 1 tbsp. berry juice over top of each serving. Chill, if desired.
