Ingredients

1 pound strawberries, fresh, large
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate curls

How To Make strawberries, cream filled

Step 1

Cut strawberries in half lengthwise, leaving stem leaves on both halves.

Step 2

Scoop out pulp in center of each strawberry half.
Step 3

Soften cream cheese.
Step 4

Mix softened cream cheese with confectionary sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Step 5

Fill center of each strawberry half with mixture.
Step 6

Sprinkle with chocolate curls or shavings.
