Ingredients

1 pkg
refrigerated sugar cookie dough ( 18 oz. )
1 pkg
cream cheese, softened
1/4 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
almond extract
1 c
blueberries, fresh
1 c
strawberries, fresh, halved
1 c
raspberries, fresh

How to Make Star Spangled Fruit Pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 inch pizza pan with aluminum foil. Press half of the cookie dough in pan, using lightly floured hands.
  • 2Roll remaining dough 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured surface. Cut dough with small star shaped cutters. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with small amount of sugar if desired.
  • 3Bake crust about 12 minutes and cookies about 4 minutes or until golden brown. Cool crust and cookies completely, about 30 minutes. Remove crust from foil; place on serving plate.
  • 4Beat cream cheese, sugar and almond extract in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Spread over crust. Arrange berries on cream cheese mixture to form a star. Top with star cookies. Serve immediately.
