Ingredients
- 7 pounds peaches
- 4 pounds brown sugar
- 1 quart vinegar
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice, whole
How To Make spiced peaches

Step 1Tie spices in a bag and add to the vinegar.

Step 2Bring to a boil and stir in the sugar.

Step 3Scald and peel peaches leaving them whole.

Step 4Drop peaches, a few at a time, into spiced liquid and cook until soft.
