My family and friends love this dessert its great for the 4th of July because of the red white and blue colors. It also goes a long way especially if you are having a crowd.

Ingredients

  • CRUST

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 3 stick
    margarine
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • FILLING

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 2 c
    cool whip topping
  • TOPPING

  • 1 can(s)
    cherry pie filling
  • 1 can(s)
    blueberry pie filling

How to Make Something Different

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix flour, margarine and sugar with a pastry blender. then pat of a ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or till light brown then cool completely
  2. prepare filling mixing cream cheese and confectioner's sugar till well blended then add your whip topping, you could also use dream whip by following the direction on the package. I perfer to use cool whip.
  3. spread half with Cherry pie filling and the other half with Blueberry filling.
    refrigerate till ready to serve. Enjoy!
