My family and friends love this dessert its great for the 4th of July because of the red white and blue colors. It also goes a long way especially if you are having a crowd.

CRUST

3 c
flour
3 stick
margarine
3 Tbsp
sugar

FILLING

8 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
confectioners' sugar
2 c
cool whip topping

TOPPING

1 can(s)
cherry pie filling
1 can(s)
blueberry pie filling

How to Make Something Different

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix flour, margarine and sugar with a pastry blender. then pat of a ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or till light brown then cool completely
  • 2prepare filling mixing cream cheese and confectioner's sugar till well blended then add your whip topping, you could also use dream whip by following the direction on the package. I perfer to use cool whip.
  • 3spread half with Cherry pie filling and the other half with Blueberry filling.
    refrigerate till ready to serve. Enjoy!
