This cobbler is so delicious, no one will guess how easy it is to make! Delicious just out of the oven or room temperature. Vanilla ice cream makes a great partner! Try it with other canned fruits too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sliced peaches in syrup, 15 oz each
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups milk

How To Make so easy peach cobbler

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. In a 9x13 glass baking dish, cream together butter, vanilla and sugar. Spread out evenly.
  • Step 2
    Whisk together flour and milk until smooth. Pour evenly on top.
  • Step 3
    Pour flour mixture evenly on top. Top with peaches including syrup.
  • Step 4
    Bake 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. Start checking after 45 minutes. Recipe can be halved. Bake in a 9x9 glass baking dish for 35-40 minutes.
