this is a great cobbler i love all cobblers but this one beats them all that is cooked in the slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    all purpose baking mix, such as bisquick
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp
    margarine or butter, melted
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 3 large
    ripe peaches, mashed
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp
    cinnamon

How to Make Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. lightly grease slow cooker or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. in a large bowl, combine sugar and baking mix. add eggs and vanilla. stir.
  3. pour in margarine and milk and stir. mix in peaches and cinnamon, until well mixed.
  4. pour into slow cooker. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
  5. serve warm. top with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
