    self rising flour
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    fresh fruit

How to Make Simple Fruit Cobbler


  1. Preheat oven to 350;
  2. mix flour, sugar, and milk, pour into 13" x 9" biscuit pan;
  3. place washed fruit over entire mix; (Optional cook with canned pie fruit.)
  4. place pats of margarine spaced evenly over fruit;
  5. bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown; serve. Serves 6 to 8. Optional serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
