Ingredients
- 3 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cups fresh rhubarb, diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
How To Make scalloped rhubarb

Step 1Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Toss the bread crumbs with the melted butter in a bowl.

Step 3Add the rhubarb and sugar and mix gently.

Step 4Place the mixture in a 7x11\" casserole and pour 1/3 cup of the water over it.

Step 5Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
