Ingredients
- 1 pound orzo pasta
- 2 cans chunky pineapple
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 10 ounces jar maraschino cherries, drained
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
How To Make rosamarina salad

Step 1Cook the pasta according to box directions. Drain, rinse with cool water and drain well.

Step 2Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving juice. Refrigerate drained fruit.

Step 3Combine fruit juices, eggs, sugar and flour in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Step 4Add sauce to cooled orzo, mix well. Refrigerate orzo 8-10 hours or overnight.

Step 5Two hours before serving mix in the reserved fruit, cherries and whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving time.
