I made this for New Years eve gathering and received rave reviews

Ingredients

  • 2 cans - peaches i used canned but fresh if in season
  • 3 tlbs - brown sugar
  • dash - cinnamon
  • 1/2 - butter
  • - marscapone cheese 1-2 containers
  • 2 tlbs - amaretto liqueur
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1/4 cup - orange juice

How To Make roasted peaches

  • Step 1
    Pre heat oven at 350. Get peaches in halves not slices rinse and place in a baking dish place them face down(if using fresh peal, and take out pit)
  • Step 2
    spinkle with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon on both sides bake for 20 minutes
  • Step 3
    while they are roasting, get your marscapone cheese, amaretto sugar and orange juice blend until creamy
  • Step 4
    once peaches come out of the oven get a spoon drop in cream mixture and drizzle honey on top of each of them and a little bit of cinnamon and serve either warm or cold
