Ingredients
- 3 cups rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 pound strawberries, frozen, whole, drained, or 1 pint fresh
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose sifted flour
- 3/4 cup oats, quick or old-fashioned, uncooked
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup butter
How To Make rhubarb strawberry crisp

Step 1Combine rhubarb, strawberries and sugar.

Step 2Place in a 9 inch square baking dish.

Step 3Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter, mixing until crumbly.

Step 4Sprinkle crumb mixture over rhubarb and strawberries.

Step 5Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for about 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.

Step 6NOTE: If fresh strawberries are used, increase sugar to 1/2 cup.
