granulated sugar

all purpose sifted flour
3/4 c
oats, quick or old-fashioned, uncooked
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c
butter

How to Make Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine rhubarb, strawberries and sugar.
  • 2Place in a 9 inch square baking dish.
  • 3Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter, mixing until crumbly.
  • 4Sprinkle crumb mixture over rhubarb and strawberries.
  • 5Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for about 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
  • 6NOTE: If fresh strawberries are used, increase sugar to 1/2 cup.
