Ingredients
- 1 pound rhubarb, cut into 1/4" pieces
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 package 3oz. strawberry jello
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup water
How To Make rhubarb dump cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350* Spray a 9x13" baking dish.

Step 2Evenly spread rhubarb into dish. Sprinkle with sugar, than sprinkle with the jello. Pour water over the top.

Step 3Sprinkle with dry cake mix, and pour melted butter over the top. Bake for 45 min. or until rhubarb is tender... serve warm with vanilla ice cream is how I like to serve it! Enjoy!
