1Combine 1 cup of the flour and the powdered sugar in a bowl. Cut in the butter until like peas.
Press into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Bake in 350^ oven for 12-15 minutes, or just until lightly browned.
Combine the rest of the flour,and sugar in another bowl. Add eggs,; mix well then stir in rhubarb, nuts and coconut; pour onto crust.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set , maybe 5 minutes more. Cool on rack.
Cut into bars.
