This is a very easy dessert, and one of our favorite rhubarb recipes. It's kind of a strawberry rhubarb crisp!

Ingredients

4 cups rhubarb (or 2 cups each of rhubarb and strawberries)
1 cup sugar
1 package 3 ounce strawberry jello
1 package jiffy white cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup melted butter

How To Make rhubarb dessert

Step 1

Layer ingredients in the order given in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
