Ingredients
- 3 cups rhubarb, sliced into half inch pieces
- 1 cup apples, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2/3 cup quick cooking oats
- - vanilla ice cream, optional
How To Make rhubarb crumble

Step 1Combine rhubarb, apples and strawberries; spoon into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.

Step 2Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.

Step 3Set aside.

Step 4In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

Step 5Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
