1Cut rhubarb into 1 or 2 inch pieces. Mix sugar, corn starch and water. Add rhurbarb and boil one minute.
2Pour in baking dish ( 9x13) and dot with butter. Add topping TOPPING consist of:
1 1/2 c biscuit mix.
3 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup milk.
3And bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees.
