This is a terrific summer time dessert because it is super light and cool! It's also a perfect dessert after a heavy meal because it is light as air! I'll post a picture as soon as I make this again!

Ingredients
- 1 large angel food cake
- 2 boxes frozen sweetened raspberries
- 1 large tub of cool whip dessert topping
- 1 sprig mint, fresh - optional garnish
- 1 small carton fresh raspberries- optional garnish
How To Make raspberry trifle

Step 1Defrost raspberries until thawed but still cool

Step 2Tear cake into large serving bowl with medium bite size pieces

Step 3add thawed raspberries and gently fold in

Step 4add 2/3 of your tub of Cool Whip and gently fold in

Step 5spread the remainder of the Cool Whip over the top and garnish with mint leaves and fresh raspberries!
