I just love this dessert ! I've even changed the flavor of jello and fruit. Strawberry bananna is really good.

Ingredients For raspberry ice box dessert

  • 2 pkg
    (3oz ea.) raspberry gelatin
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 3 c
    fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 c
    graham crackers, crushed (32 sqrs)
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine ; melted
  • 1 1/2 c
    cold milk
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding mix (3.5oz)
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese ; room temp.

How To Make raspberry ice box dessert

    In a bowl combine the water and gelatin ; stir until dissolved.

    Fold in the raspberries ; refrigerate for 1 hr. or until syrupy.

    In a small bowl combine the cracker crumbs , brown sugar and butter. Press into a buttered 13x9x2" dish.

    In a mixing bowl beat the milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 min.

    In another mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth ; Gradually add pudding.

    Spread mixture over crust ; Spoon gelatin mixture on top pudding mixture. Chill until set.
