raspberry ice box dessert
I just love this dessert ! I've even changed the flavor of jello and fruit. Strawberry bananna is really good.

Ingredients
- 2 packages (3oz ea.) raspberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed (32 sqrs)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine ; melted
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix (3.5oz)
- 1 package cream cheese ; room temp.
How To Make raspberry ice box dessert

Step 1In a bowl combine the water and gelatin ; stir until dissolved.

Step 2Fold in the raspberries ; refrigerate for 1 hr. or until syrupy.

Step 3In a small bowl combine the cracker crumbs , brown sugar and butter. Press into a buttered 13x9x2" dish.

Step 4In a mixing bowl beat the milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 min.

Step 5In another mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth ; Gradually add pudding.

Step 6Spread mixture over crust ; Spoon gelatin mixture on top pudding mixture. Chill until set.
