Ingredients
- 6 cups corn cereal - like chex
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounces seedless red raspberry preserves
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
How To Make raspberry dessert bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grind cereal into 2 cups of crumbs.

Step 3In small bowl combine cereal crumbs and sugar; mix in butter.

Step 4Line a 13x9x2 baking pan with foil and coat with pan spray.

Step 5Press mixture evenly into pan.

Step 6Drizzle milk over the crumbs, reserving 1/3 of the can.

Step 7Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Step 8Spread preserves over top of condensed milk.

Step 9Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.

Step 10Drizzle remaining milk over top.

Step 11Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges begin to brown.

Step 12Cool completely and cut into 24 bars. Store bars in refrigerator.
