Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make raisin pudding

Step 1Mix above ingredients together in a medium large pyrex bowl. Dough will stick to bowl.

Step 2Mix together: 1 cup brown sugar, 1-3/4 cup boiling water and 1 tablespoon butter: Pour over dough. Loosen it from bottom of bowl so that it floats on top. Bake at 375 deg. for 30-35 minutes. Serve with ice cream, whipped or pouring cream. A tasty, fast dessert. Serves 8-10.
