- 1; 8 ounces can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 large orange, peeled & & sectioned (i cut the sections in half)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, minced
- 1/2 cup chilled ginger ale
How To Make rainbow fruit cup

Step 1In a medium sized bowl, gently stir together the pineapple, orange, strawberries, and mint

Step 2Spoon into sherbet dishes

Step 3Pour 2 TBSP of the chilled ginger ale over the fruit in each cup
