Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2-1 stick butter (depending on richness desired)
- 1 (29oz) can sliced peaches
- 2/3 cup juice from peaches (add water to complete measure if necessary)
How To Make quickie peach cobbler from 1963

Step 1Combine flour, sugar, & baking powder. Add juice from peaches & mix. Melt butter in baking dish. Pour batter into baking dish. Place peach slices over batter. Bake at 350*F for about 45 minutes or until light golden brown.

Step 2Optional**I take mine out after 30 minutes of baking time & run a stick of butter over the top a few times; then sprinkle a mixture of sugar, brown sugar, & cinnamon over the top. Place back in the oven for the remaining 15 minutes of baking time.**
