Ingredients

2-1/4 c
frozen wild blueberries
2 tsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 c
buttermilk baking mix
1/2 c
milk
1/3 c
plus 1 tbsp sugar

How to Make Quick blueberry cobbler

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 450. Spray a 8" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine blueberries, lemon juice and 1/3 cup sugar. Spoon into baking pan. Dot w/ butter, place pan in oven.
  • 2In another bowl, combine baking mix and milk. Mix until a soft dough forms. Spoon tbsp of dough onto blueberries, 1/2" apart. Sprinkle w/ remaining sugar. Bake 20 mins.
