Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 c
    frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 c
    buttermilk baking mix
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    plus 1 tbsp sugar

How to Make Quick blueberry cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 450. Spray a 8" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine blueberries, lemon juice and 1/3 cup sugar. Spoon into baking pan. Dot w/ butter, place pan in oven.
  2. In another bowl, combine baking mix and milk. Mix until a soft dough forms. Spoon tbsp of dough onto blueberries, 1/2" apart. Sprinkle w/ remaining sugar. Bake 20 mins.
