Ingredients
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1-1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 3/4 cup fat-free egg product
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 - scoop vanilla ice cream
How To Make pumpkin pumpkin 'n apple slow cooker dessert

Step 1First spray a 3 1/3 to 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Then spoon in the pie filling into the slow cooker & spread evenly.

Step 2Next beat the remaining ingredients all except the ice cream with an eletric mixer on low speed for about 1 min. Make sure to scrape down the bowl constantly. Then beat on medium speed for about 2 min & scrape the bowl down. Then pour over the pie filling.

Step 3Then cover & cook on hih heat setting for about 1 hour & 30 mins to 2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean. Then serve with the ice cream.
