Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin pie (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
How To Make pumpkin pumkpin & spicy cider pudding cake

Step 1First pre-heat the oven to 350F. In a medium bowl mix together the first 5 ingredients. Then stir in the next 3 ingredients just until moistened. Then spread in an ungreased square 8x8x2 inch baking dish.

Step 2Next in a 1 quart pot bring the apple cider & butter to a boil over medium-high heat.

Step 3Then mix the brown sugar, cornstarch & 1/4 Tsp. pumpkin spice in a small bowl. Then sprinkle over the pumpkin batter in the baking dish. Then pour the boiling cider all over.

Step 4Then bake for about 40to 45 mins or until the top is a golden brown & the edges are bubbly. Let cool for about 15 mins. Best served warm
