How to Make Pumpkin Crunch
- 1Mix all ingredients except cake mix pecans and 1 cup melted butter in large bowl
- 2pour mixture into a 9x13 baking pan.
- 3sprinkle dry cake mix over top of pumpkin mixture, covering the entire top. Sprinkle pecans over top of dry cake mix. Drizzle 1 cup melted butter over entire top
- 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, check at about 45 minutes (if knife come out clean it is done) Serve warm or cold. Good with either cool whip or vanilla ice cream
