Ingredients
- 16oz can - solid packed pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 can evoperated milk
- - yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup melted real butter
How To Make pumpkin crunch

Step 1Mix all ingredients except cake mix pecans and 1 cup melted butter in large bowl

Step 2pour mixture into a 9x13 baking pan.

Step 3sprinkle dry cake mix over top of pumpkin mixture, covering the entire top. Sprinkle pecans over top of dry cake mix. Drizzle 1 cup melted butter over entire top

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, check at about 45 minutes (if knife come out clean it is done) Serve warm or cold. Good with either cool whip or vanilla ice cream
