How to Make Platanos
- 1Peel plantains removing all strings.
- 2Slice plantains at an angle
- 3Heat oil on medium temp.
- 4Place a single layer of plantain slices into hot oil and cook until golden brown. They will float when they are done.
- 5Remove from oil. Place in a strainer and sprinkle with sugar. Continue until all are cooked . Serve warm as a side dish , snack or dessert.
