This is a congealed salad but my boys always called it "Pink Stuff"!!

Ingredients

1 large package cherry jello
1 large package cool whip
15 1/4 oz cans crushed pineapple
1 small jar maraschino cherries, chopped, save a few for garnish if desired
16 ounces cottage cheese

How To Make pink stuff!

Step 1

Thoroughly drain pineapple and chopped cherries.

Step 2

In large bowl add pineapple, cherries and Jello. Mix well.
Step 3

Stir in cottage cheese.
Step 4

FOLD in Cool Whip. Refrigerate. ENJOY!!
