I came upon this recipe by accident and tried it. I love pineapple and so does my family so I made it and it turned out to be a hit. It is light and not filling at all. So no guilt here and we eat as much as we want.

1/4 cbutter

3eggs
-
1 1/2 csugar

3-4 slicecubed white bread

1/4 cmilk

20 ozcan crushed pineapple drained
How To Make pineapple souffle

1Preheat oven to 350. Place the butter in an 8 by 8 glass pan and put in the oven while it is preheating.

2Beat eggs in a medium bowl.

3To the eggs add the sugar, milk, bread and the drained pineapple.

4Fold together and pour into the glass pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

5Bake for 45 minutes.
