I came upon this recipe by accident and tried it. I love pineapple and so does my family so I made it and it turned out to be a hit. It is light and not filling at all. So no guilt here and we eat as much as we want.

Ingredients For pineapple souffle

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3-4 slice
    cubed white bread
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 20 oz
    can crushed pineapple drained

How To Make pineapple souffle

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Place the butter in an 8 by 8 glass pan and put in the oven while it is preheating.

    Beat eggs in a medium bowl.

    To the eggs add the sugar, milk, bread and the drained pineapple.
  • 4
    Fold together and pour into the glass pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake for 45 minutes.
